LITTLE ARCHES BEAUTY STUDIO POLICIES

 

DEPOSITS: a non-refundable / non- transferable deposit is required to schedule an Ombre Powder Brow appointment. Absolutely no exceptions will be made under any circumstances. Even in the event that you change your mind about booking your appointment. Requests for deposits will be sent via email if a card is not on file. 

SCHEDULING YOUR POWDER BROW APPOINTMENT: Please send us via email, direct message or text message a clear photo of your bare brows in the best natural lighting possible. This includes clients that have previous permanent makeup tattoo. I can only correct or cover previous tattoo if your brows have faded 50% or more. 

LASH APPOINTMENTS:  Please send a clear photo of your bare lashes with no makeup via email, text or direct message.This will help me determine what service is best for you, what style of lash extensions, etc. In the event that you are not happy with your lashes, you’re experiencing retention issues, or any other issue, you have a 3 day grace period where you can book an appointment to come in and get them adjusted for free. After this, you will be charged. 

PAYMENT: Little Arches accepts all major credit cards, Venmo and cash app,  however cash is preferred. 

CHILDREN & GUESTS: due to the size of the studio, I kindly ask that clients refrain from bringing children and guests to their appointments. 

LATENESS: Your appointment starts at the time you scheduled. You will have a 10 minute grace period, however, if you are going to be later than 10 minutes, you may be asked to reschedule your appointment. 

NO SHOWS: If you are a no show to your appointment, you will be charged 50% of your total service. No exceptions.

CANCELLATIONS: Appointments must be cancelled and/or rescheduled at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. If you fail to do this, you will be charged 50% of your full service.  If you cancel last minute 3 times consecutively, you will not be able to book another appointment. No exceptions will be made. 

RESCHEDULING: All Powder brow deposits are forfeited when you reschedule an appointment. Another deposit will be due, sent either via invoice or automatically charged for cards that are on file. 

CONFIRMATIONS: All appointments are confirmed via text or email from the Square appointments app. Please make sure to provide the correct information, so that you receive your confirmations. Please keep these texts and emails, as you can refer back to them and reschedule or cancel your appointments. 

TOUCH UPS: touch up appointments are best booked after you finish your first session. These appointments need to be scheduled 30-90 days after your initial session to make sure your tattoo has adequate time to heal. Any appointments made after that will be charged the full amount of a touchup. The second perfecting touchup is absolutely necessary as its done to touch up any areas that the skin didn’t take the pigment during healing.
